I've been dealing with sudden changes in life and needing guidance and help processing things and Chris has been nessissary for my progress and I am grateful for everyone at the Taft counseling office.As an individual who lives with ptsd and Anxiety disorders I appreciate how Chris' approach makes me feel human. And his wisdom teaches how keeping my life liveable to my terms can make living a success.
