Dr. Ellis is great! But....
It is nearly impossible to go by and pickup contacts when the office staff don't keep regular hours. I ordered trial contacts, received a text that they were in and showed up 2x's during business hours and no one was there. The Visionworks people said they leave if there are no appointments for the rest of the day. And when I try calling, the phone is always busy. I can't talk to anyone!Very frustrating!!! Won't be back.

amazing
i went in for contact lens/glasses exam. i felt like he was very thorough and took the time to really get my prescription best suited to me. highly satisfied with him and his team. all very polite and helpful.
