This is a really really good doctor to feel welcomed on either couch or chair, sipping water, and provide yourself as another source of insurance beneficiary, or just entirely skip the ''therapy'' and instead tour the boardwalk at a rate of $110 anyway. Try explaining scenarios in his office, and give yourself a hint - don't try. Instead of this just do some talk infront of a mirror, it'll be as effective.
