Had an initial appointment and that went well. Decided to have a follow up recently and cancelled before it even happened because I asked for a calendar invite for the appointment reminder. Would not recommend at all to anyone and I would say with the level of professionalism and how it was handled ZERO stars out of 5.

He was unprofessional and dismissive. I had to explain to him what “chronic pain” meant and he acted like I had made the term up. It was honestly an unsettling experience.

Goes above and beyond for his clients and is a godsend! He helped me navigate getting my babies certified as ESAs, understanding my rights and ensuring my landlord couldn’t bully me over my ESA certification. Thank you for being so wonderful and professional!

I was connected with Christopher Armbruster through a 3rd party service. Called much earlier than the confirmed appointment time. Repeatedly asked the questions that had already been completed in a detailed online assessment. I was asked one question, which didn’t even address mental health, the entire call was a total of five minutes. Quickly dismissed and wasn’t given the respect for a full consultation. This felt like an April Fools joke. Very disappointed, disrespectful and unprofessional. Would give ZERO stars and NOT recommended.

He confirmed our appt quickly, called on time and I felt very comfortable in speaking to him. Highly recommended.

Horrible person. Thinks he knows it all and that you the patient is an idiot. He will yell at you and hang up in your face when you tell him that you live in South Kansas City. Claims he's from KC, but thinks Weston MO is in KC, but it's actually in another county Northwest of KC. I wouldn't refer him to a dead skunk. He shouldn't be dealing with people whom need therapy, or any assistance concerning mental health.

Very personal, professional, and cares about his patients; earns his buck and cares about the result.
