Friendly professionalism
10/21/2023 Eye exam and refraction (glasses exam). Highly recommend. Dr. Cheng is methodical in her approach and provides a comprehensive eye exam consistent with the role of an optometrist. She is patient in answering questions which is a big plus. Her friendly demeanor is of course welcome, but it is also useful in a diagnostic sense. When patients are at ease they are more likely to participate in the exam process which leads to a better outcome.
