Dismissive

The only reason I have made an appointment with this lady is because I would have to wait few months to see my previous practitioner. She was completely clueless and dismissive of my symptoms. After few seconds of the visit I already knew there was no point of trying to explain my symptoms I do experience for the last couple of years. Her brilliant response was it is possibly PMS. Multiple MDs couldn’t figure it out, while she jumped into the conclusion in few seconds. Hmmmm….NO.

I’ll just preface that the doctor I wanted was going to take 3 months to get an appointment so the scheduler just got me in to the first appointment with anyone. Should’ve taken it as a red flag. Barged into the room without knocking, rushed me throughMy appointment to the point I didn’t even get through what I needed to, suddenly left the room and brought me to a scheduler. Would absolutely not recommend this provider and will not be seeing her again.

Absolutely the worst practitioner. Not only did she dismiss my complaints during my initial visit, she entered the room with pre-conceived assumptions and prejudices, and offered little in the way of help to address my problem. I have been a patient of Dr. Ernstoff for 20 years, and if I will be required to see Christine again, I will be looking for a new practice to switch my care.

Rushed, didn’t listen to symptoms, put wrong medical information into my chart (I do not have asthma or heartburn). I believe she could be very good at what she does but rushed or not please listen to patients. My issue has gone unresolved for 3 years and continues to worsen. I can’t sleep more than a few hours at a time due to discomfort and swelling. Just looking for a diagnosis so I can be treated appropriately. Don’t think that’s asking for much.
