Christine Braun, MS

I attended therapy sessions with Christine for several months and, unfortunately, felt unsupported. While she offered advice on family matters, my mental health concerns didn’t feel prioritized. Christine often made judgmental comments during our sessions. As a young adult living with my parents, I felt hurt when she said older adults living with their parents are “lazy.” I didn’t speak up and pretended to agree, which left me feeling dismissed. Another time, she implied that a family member’s daughter should have been kicked out, reinforcing judgmental views about family dynamics. Our sessions mostly focused on surface-level topics like work and school, with no deeper therapeutic goals, which left me feeling like I was talking to a friend, not a therapist. Therapy is supposed to be a safe, non-judgmental space, but her approach felt dismissive. Ultimately, I stopped therapy due to the lack of empathy and support.

I really cannot recommend this therapist. I feel like she doesn't have a passion for this job. I felt like she was just watching the clock until appt was done. I didn't learn anything from my many visits and she really didn't provide any insight for me to improve.

Honestly the worst therapist I have ever met. She didn't listen and made horrible assumptions which ended up putting my daughter in an unsafe situation.

Chris has been an incredible resource to me and my family. My husband and I have been in therapy with her for the last 4 years. Seeing helped to save our marriage.
