I liked this provider very much. She provided a lot of information that I didn't know before. This office and others at UCI have become very difficult to schedule appointments. That is a serious problem for patients, delaying care. Doctors in some departments are very rushed which decreases the quality of their care.

The PA I met with was excellent. I would have liked more info about my condition, but honestly forgot to ask. She ordered light treatment for my condition and 3 days after I saw her when I called in I was told the "Order had just been received" This may not be important to your staff, but I am very uncomfortable and would like to get this process moving. I do not understand at all why this is taking so long. Everything else is your facility seemed top-notch.

It was a waste of my time. I traveled 80 miles round trip for this appointment that I made to see a doctor. It was a meeting with a nurse instead. I didn't get the attention that I needed instead the nurse said to continue with the treatment I was doing myself and that I should come back in 4 months. I don't plan on returning to this facility in Irvine to visit with Dermatology.

Good location , good apt with Dr But getting a apt was very difficult Cancelled by UCI my apt in Oct 2023 took me until April 23 to get in . Not good

It is very difficult to get a term appt. But I'm happy that {staff name removed} is part of your team, and is available on a regular basis. She is the BEST. She was very gentle and thorough when she did the shave biopsy. Listens carefully, too.
