It was a great mistake why we agreed to see her. Her management/ care plan for the pt is so outdated. Instead of helping pt she made the life of the pt worst and very depressing. Instead of helping and be more attentive and aggressive, positive as what she is claiming , things got worst for the pt. Hope Sutter will do an evaluation and send her to clinical/ in-service training. Very insensitive with her pt's needs. She doesn't listen to pt's needs. I agree to the past reviews she's rude and needs to hear more of pt's subjective symptoms be more pro-active and not just read the book cause not all cases are by the books. Be more companionate. Very unsatisfied with her care plan. If I can only give her zero stars. Sad to give this negative review but truth should be told and known-

She is a terrible nurse practitioner. She should not be in the medical field. She is rude and She makes life more difficult for patience and she takes great pride in doing that. I have no idea why she chose a career in medicine. The last thing this person wants to do is help people. Sutter is such an amazing hospital and she stands out like a sore thumb amongst all of the Stars that work there. She is lazy and spends more time looking to get out of doing something than she would have spent just taking care of it. She is a nightmare to deal with. Sutter. Please get rid of her.

I HATE every time I have to deal with her since she's in the same office as my actual MD. she took over my meds for a while, and as I was staying in a different area a few hours away for a while, she told me she couldn't refill my meds because I had t seen HER in a while. Well then why are you handling my meds? Every time I call in and ask, i find out she's denied my refill, because I need to make an appt... which I had already made. She's rude, juvenile, and ignorant. I don't recommend.
