As an intern, I was privileged to observe Dr. Aegerter as she provided professional yet empathic therapy. Clients expressed the same sense of feeling really heard and understood, as did I as a therapist in training. She took time to understand client's and well as intern's issues, focused on strengths, and suggested new perspectives in a positive, affirming way. The support I felt made a significant difference.
