If I could give 0 stars that is what I would give this nurse practitioner. When you’re dealing with mental health patients, don’t you think you should be accessible in an emergency? What if a family member needed to share critical information about the disastrous effect the prescribed medication is having on their loved one, your patient, and there’s absolutely NO COMMUNICATION!?!? Only sarcastic receptionist smarting off when you call! Next thing you know, the above mentioned medication has been refilled without so much as a concern! This is unacceptable! Lives are involved here!
