Wouldn't take the time to see me.
Actually, I wouldn't even leave her 1 star! I arrived at her office on W 38th Ave only to find out it wasn't her correct address (even though that was the address listed online for her office). The staff on W 38th had to help me locate her actual office on Kipling so I arrived 6 minutes late for my appt. After I checked in, I was left in the waiting room for 10 minutes. As I sat there, Dr. Schwable came out to the waiting room twice but never acknowledged me sitting there yet I heard her whisper to one of the receptionists (since she is late, she can sit there.) The staff never said anything to me. I finally went back to the front desk and asked them if I could speak to the Dr. but of course they told me that she was on the phone with a patient, and I would have to reschedule. I drove 48 minutes to get to her office only to be turned away and she couldn't give me even two minutes to explain that I was late because she had her wrong address listed online.
