Ms.Chris AKA Christa Ardoin is THE BEST MHP EVER! She keeps it real, yet professional! I went from depressed,hating my life, and anxious daily to loving n living life all because of her help! Now i am able to control my anxiety and I appreciate each day I am given! She now works at Insight Guidance Group glad she left the other place and I wish her the best! Highly recommend her!

Christa or Ms.Chris as she is called by my son is a very professional and well trained counselor. My son went from getting suspended weekly to wanting to go to school and has set goals for himself. We recommend her to anyone needing mental health services! The only downfall was the company she worked for they were not very professional and we had to wait over an hour and a half to see the doctor.I hope one day she has her own company.
