Had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Chloe Perlis when she worked with the Dane County Family Court Counseling Service a few years back. She used poor judgement and insight. I did not realize at the time that she was NOT licensed! She had a tendency to believe lies told by the other party and refused to believe the truth even when the lies were exposed and the truth was proven. She used her own personal bias to make decisions and as a result caused traumatic emotional injury to our child. Shame on her! It was obvious that she had little to no experience with children or with the child/parent dynamic. It never occurred to her that a child needs both parents! I should also say shame on Dane County for employing someone in such a position who had zero experience. Shame, shame!! Fortunately because of my perseverance we have endured. Chloe Perlis never checked back to see if she made the right decision. Anyone who loves a lie cannot be trusted! Shame on you, Chloe!
