Charismatic!

I actually find the other review to be the opposite of my experience. My husband saw her before me and said I will like her. He was right! I went a few months later. She was kind, attentive, explained what she was doing and typing into my records. She explained she reviews the thousands of pages of records AFTER my appointment and 'fills in the gaps.' She was professional but I can tell she has a sense of humor, which is a nice change from the many other VA doctors I have dealt with. I have more claims to submit and I hope to see her again!

Worst Exam Ever- Stay Away

Absolutely the worst exam I have ever had. First she was late to the appointment. Then she did not listen to me. It was my impression that she had already made up her mind about my condition. Her tone was was extremely dismissive and refused to review notes from my doctor. Additionally, at the end of my appointment she said ' I can't wait to see who my next 'VICTIM' in the waiting room is.
