I reported her upon seeing the other reviews and my direct interaction with her this is disgusting that the VA would continue to allow this “professional” to work with veterans with disabilities. I was shocked when I read these reviews because after I calmed down, I realized how long she’s been doing this for to us veterans, and she has gotten away with it. The way she mistreats us veterans, our families, and is a walking liability. She should not be working within this population, or even within the medical field. She falsifies documents, is not honest, hostile, and is going to end up getting someone hurt, or herself. Ticking time bomb. The VA needs to do a better job with who they contract with. This is dangerous. Never again! If you see her name anywhere run! There is no accountability for her. She cut me off, kicked my wife out when she attempted to speak and redirect her; lied to her supervisor with me sitting right there. Didn’t even focus on me and my exam. Unbelievable.

Rude. Dismissive. Belittling, degrading toward veterans. Aggressive, hostile, and only cares about her image. She is utterly disgusting, and should not be working with veterans. She is a liability in itself. She is a liar, and should not be working within medical practice.

Ms Okinawa is an assessor for the VA. Her level of empathy and professionalism is next to 0. She make people feel uncomfortable And has little patience. It is clear that her goal is not to help but harm veterans who have served this country.

It was horrible. She was very rude and kept cutting me off while I was answering. When she asked me about my condition. She kept saying what is that? I dont know what that is. What is a (specifics)? She left the room without saying that she would be back. 10 minutes later she came back. Please, if you see her name on your C&P for the VA. Send it back! Go somewhere else

It was the most awful experience I have ever had at a doctors office. She is very rude and unprofessional, arrogant, nasty. I will never let the VA send me to her again, this was the second and the last time. I told her what I was feeling and she told me I wasn't feeling that. I guess at 54 I have no idea what I was feeling. I see why my claim was denied, she hates vets. Every vet I have met that was sent to her vowed to never come back again. If the VA tries to send you to her for a C&P exam...........say hell no!!!! I would have given her a freakin zero stars or negative stars but I don't have that option.

She is extremely rude. She cuts you off when you're talking, she tries to confuse you by asking questions that's not relevant to your situation and when you try to ask clarifying questions she goes back to cutting you off. She is NOT good for vets with mental health issues or PTSD because she definitely is triggering. She triggered me I sat in the her office with my eyes closed,trying to decrease my breathing, and shaking my leg to soothe myself so I didn't act out.

This provider is very rude to her patients, not willing to listen, constantly cutting people off in conversation. Definitely in the field for the wrong reason, it isn't patient care for her. DO NOT go to this provider even if your life depended on it. She was even rude to my doctor when she called to talk with her about my care.
