I was pleased with the promptness I received in getting appointment scheduled & tests ordered. She is very professional and easy to talk to. Wants to keep patients comfortable from their initial visit until some testing and/or procedures are moving along. Only negative I've had was getting a returned phone call from her, however the MA did handle finally handle this for me once I addressed it. The girl in the front office is horrible - very unprofessional, instead of putting a patient on hold, she holds her hand over the mouth of the receiver where you can still make out most of what she's saying and more importantly and unprofessionally - very unimpressive not to mention could be a violation of Hippa law if there's a patient(s) standing in front of her to check in or out. I believe her name is Rhonda (short hair, slightly older). She is very much of a smart Alec - was personally to me 3 of the 4 that I called, her best answer she could give was "I don't know I'm not a nurse!!!"
