Terrible bedside manner, did not know and was dismissive of questions and clearly does not care for her patients. She lacks basic human decency and sympathy. Rude from the start, and clearly just wanted to be in and out. Seems to have little knowledge of the basics of common medical conditions. Google could be a better healthcare provider and more of a first resort than Cheryl. Some people should not be in healthcare and she is one of them. Reading these other reviews makes that abundantly clear. I feel bad for her future patients. They must be really desperate at the hospital because I don’t know how she has a job with he r lack of knowledge and human decency.

Terrible bedside manner, forgot to order meds/fluids in a timely fashion in a way that the nurse was obviously trying to stall and cover for her. Cheryl was very rude and dismissive when I asked questions and acted like she couldn't care less about me as a patient during my hospital stay.

Cheryl was extremely rude, yelling expletives at an EMT as they were vomiting, while ignoring the patient who was also vomiting. Made no attempt to check on the medical condition of the EMT or the patient, just yelling that the EMT ‘should have a job’ and then stormed away. Not the first time she’s been rude to patients or providers.
