With Cheryl's guidance, support, patience & professional skills, I have seen my approach to life improve significantly. Originally, I was dealing with depression, low self esteem, anger issues & overall poor coping techniques (alcohol & self injury). About 2 months into therapy, I sold my business of 10 years & the same week my mom (best friend) passed away. Cheryl has been instrumental in my personal growth, increased self esteem/worth & surviving the most difficult year of my entire life.

Dr. Alterman was great. Extremely responsive and provided unbiased assistance to my husband and me. Was always punctual and easily accessible. Would recommend her to anyone in need of therapy and mental health assistance.
