Never received bill from her. Sent straight to collections. Unbelievable!

This was Telehealth visit through Optum Health Care “Now Clinic”. Dr. Lee is a very caring and helpful NP and diagnosed my symptoms for sinus infection. She is very kind and makes the remote visit very personable. So much easier and quicker than going into a Insta Care where they really don’t care much and you have to wait for hours. Thank you so much.

Cherry Lee has been fantastic for the three years I’ve been seeing her…always listens carefully to my concerns to help me with my best treatment options….really appreciate all of her help and guidance with my continued sinusitis issues….so sweet and nice!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Cherry Lee for over a year now she is one of the most nicest, thorough compassionate people I’ve ever met. I don’t know who those comments are about her is I’m sure they must have the wrong lady because I know her and she deserve nothing but the highest praise and ratings I so love her. I hope this is the right person I’m able to leave this review on. She works at Cano Health in North Las Vegas. She works with Dr. Duenas. They are both two of the most awesome people and doctors I’ve ever met. They are so kind, so thorough, so compassionate and caring about their patients Again I’ve been going to them for over a year i’d give her a 10 rating if I could.

Easily one of the rudest nurses I’ve met in Nevadas healthcare system. Attempted to get a refill for blood pressure medication during a lapse in changing PCP’s. Was treated like a child being sent to the principals office. I was aware that I was in the wrong, that’s the whole point of calling late at night for an emergency prescription to hold you over until you can see a doctor. I was clear of my intentions from the beginning. I was told to “never come back again” after being granted the one time “freebie” 0/10 stars if I could

Cherry was very helpful to me on my visit. I had a problem I was pretty sure about but not positive and she helped walk me thru it and got me prescription I needed. Two thumbs up from me

I saw, Cherry Lee during my first time on, NowClinic where she made sure I felt comfortable, she was very caring, understanding, she broke down any concerns I had and was beyond helpful! When I needed to use it a second time, I was so happy to have the option for her again and if I could have her as who I see each time I need the services, I definitely would! She’s thorough & I appreciate her so much. I highly recommend her, a million times over!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very condescending and does look down on her patients just like the rest of the negative reviews that were left for her proves to be true. Please do not do patient care if you treat your patients like crap, be humble. I do not recommend her at all. Avoid!

Tried carenow app for the 1st time, so pleased with the care we received from Cherry Lee,NP. Fast and excellent service!

She was fair. I was at work when I realized I had strep throat. She was very angry that I was not in a sound proof room to speak with her. She stated she would not treat me again unless I was alone in a room. Im sorry if the place I became ill was not convenient for her. She repeated herself over and over as to discipline me. I felt she talked down to me. I was both embarrassed and uncomfortable. Her computer was not working properly so she stated that she would have my prescriptions phoned in when it was working. It took many hours. I use this service when I have minor illness and the prescriptions are usually sent immediately.I will not use her again. I did not realize she was only a nurse practitioner, as I am a nurse myself and was at the hospital when I made the call. I think that could be the reason she was thinking so highly of herself. Medical doctors rarely act in this manner and I can always tell immediately when I am dealing with a nurse practitioner. I will be sure to avoid

Professional demeanor observed. Would have given 5 stars but not every patient on now clinic is an addict. I mean, who gets high on gout flare prescriptions. Please don’t talk down to patients. Even sent my prescription to the wrong location when we discussed a 24 hour option.
