Completely unprofessional
Telehealth
Had a telehealth appointment with Cheri. For the first 22 minutes (out of a 45 min appt), she was trying to figure out the insurance form and was completely distracted. Then she tried to assess whether I would continue as a client for a long time and whether I was a good fit for her, rather than the other way around.
