She only does telemedicine. Which would be fine except she would wait until the last day possible to send refills for my meds. Until this week - when she didn't text or call me back and didn't refill my meds (which I could have seizures without). I consider this patient abandonment. I told her I was physically ill from anxiety over this. And got - nothing. This is a negligent therapist. I Hate my insurance because it only gives me choices like her.

Difficult to schedule. Telehealth is a 5 minute phone call, not one in-person or video appts EVER. Confused about what patient has what diagnosis. Rude and poor communication. Do not recommend.
