She was the PA that was covering for my physician because he was out of the office and I called at 11 AM regarding a change in my prescription she did not get back to me I called again at 1:30 pm and she had left the office for the day without addressing my issue. It was just before a 3 day holiday weekend so I went without my medication for 3 days and that’s not acceptable!!! She is just horrible and is completely lacking in empathy and any form of bedside manner. I would have given her zero stars but I couldn’t, it has caused me to find a new doctor because I need to trust that someone is available when I’m having an issue and I did call before the holiday weekend
