Wife saw her through Betterhelp. She pushed wife to go to private practice. When wife requested a different counselor through Betterhelp, wife's account was mysteriously deleted...

Chelsea Cooper is very nice. Still, she has misdiagnosed and likes to check off as many diagnoses as possible on her consults. Her questions on medication were unacceptable and unprofessional. A social worker is not the provider of medication management. It is out of the scope of a social worker to provide medication advice or counseling.
