Information provided regarding my return to exercise seemed excessively cautious and conflicted with Information I have been given by my surgeon and PT and within pre-surgery Info. She prohibited me from doing any cardio until 3 months post op Including cross country skiing, swimming, and biking (though gentle biking Is mentioned as being OK In her post-visit notes, confusing). The surgeon had literally come Into the room before her to check my Incision and clear me for swimming. Her post op notes also mention that I wanted to get back to running, which I did not say. I expressed that I was an elite endurance skier and wished to get back to some kind of cardio. Walking doesn't count. She also appeared to not know about my previous exercise level or the fact that I had been in PT since 5 days post op which gave me the impression she didn't look at my chart/history at all.

Grateful she fit me into her schedule.

I was very appreciative of my visit with Chelsea. She was well informed, aware of all past visits, exhibited attentive listening to my current concerns, discussed with me possible options, assisted me in making a plan. Discussed medications and injection intervention. Informed me of referrals she was making for appointments and follow up.

Very personable, intelligent, interactive and concerned with my follow up and any questions I may have. I felt an instant respect and she responded to my questions and concerns with utmost respect and professionalism. I would love to continue to have PA follow up with this provider. I understand she is new to this practice. I would never had guessed so.
