Poor bedside manner, did not listen to our concerns and symptoms and was with my daughter for less than 3 mins. Will not return if she is the FNP working at the clinic.

Urgent care visit
Staff was professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. Wait time to be seen was minimal, less than 15 minutes. I am so grateful that Saint Francis has added an urgent care facility In Jackson.
