Chelle has always made me feel warm and welcoming during all of my visits, even the online ones. In a field full of cold and stoic health professionals that is truly refreshing. I always feel heard and she does her best to address all of my concerns without hesitation.

Compassionate and caring. Chelle is wonderful and will listen and make appropriate recommendations.

Chelle listens and care about your health. She is very nice. Since being under her care, my health is much better. She is so knowledgeable. Many of my relatives are under her care as well. I moved my 84 year old aunt and uncle to Novant because Chelle is such a great PA. I have recommended her to so many !!!!!! You will never regret going to her. Lastly, her pleasant smile lifts my spirit Every Time! I do office and virtual appointments and each are awesome.

Excellent! Chelle was our go to doc for many years! We have since moved and have not been able to find another as caring and passionate as she is about her patients! We are considering driving the 1.5 hours just to have someone that cares as much as she does! She is honest and to the point. I don’t understand these one star reviews they do not say who she is. She’s an awesome PA!

She is unfortunately moody, really nice one time, the next, rude and actually rolls her eyes directly in your face if she feels interrupted. Novant health itself must be seriously broken as I have had 5 PA’s in another office to see ‘specialists’ who are standing and 3 new at another. I felt so put off by Chelle by her rudeness that I don’t want to face her for needed tests. PA’s should require much more schooling, and doctors at least 5 more years. My experience is that few PA’s NP OR DR’s learn daily about new medical advances. Novant must push profit way over health. Appts are shorter than a cheap haircut - 15 min to hustle patients. I’m afraid to actually talk to her and I don’t understand what I am supposed to do? It’s like triage - conveyor belt of extra charged in hospitals- a racket. Medical professionals work for us and now that all info is online, they need to know their place. Chelle hasn’t reached out after sending me to many specialists I had to find and learn Abt

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with kindness and professionalism. Chelle is the best of the best. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and I don't know of a better person to trust with my health. I dont understand why she doesnt have 5 stars from everyone. If it wasnt for the care of Chelle i don't know what i would do, i am Very thankful for her compassion and care, Lori

These 1 star reviews are ridiculous. She is the only person who has ever truly listened to me. I no longer suffer from anxiety because of her. She is compassionate and smart and I would not see anyone but her!

Chelle is the most compassionate caring health provider I have ever had. She takes the time to actually LISTEN to you. In an age where patients are usually seen as numbers, you can tell she really cares about you as a person. I switched insurance companies just so I could keep her.

I drive all the way from Wilmington to see her because I haven’t found a Doctor here that is as thorough here. She takes the time to really listen and has helped me through some tough times I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Not sure who these people are giving Chelle 1 star, but she is the best doctor I have ever been to, PA or MD. She answers all of my questions, explains why things are happening, and has a great personality and bedside manner. She really cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to help you.

Chelle is amazing and compassionate and I refuse to see anyone else. She's the best.
