Chaunce Ruff, PA-C

All of the medical staff are very caring and compassionate. Very thorough and cares for each patient. Makes sure that you are following through with all medical recommendations and referrals. All of the staff, including receptionist and office staff, are diligent and professional.

I was a patient for a while with Chaunce Ruff and finally decided to find someone else. Horrible provider. Very rude, cold, and non-caring. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for your health care needs.

Dr. Ruff is very dry towards me and always tension in a dad way. I doesn't listen to the patient "me". I ask for a doctor's not for work because I am a high risk Covid-19, based on the CDC. Dr. Ruff recommendations goes against the CDC. Amongst all of my visit over a period of 8 month , that I've been seeing him has not been positive towards me. I am an African American male, feel Dr. Ruff has an underlying problem African Americans. I am currently looking for another doctor. I would not recommend Dr. Ruff to no one.

I would rate Dr. Ruff as 4 stars because he's a great doctor but i'm rating him a 5 because of inaccurate ratings and an inappropriate comment. He's been my doctor for 2 years and he's always been a professional, as he should. Personally, I've felt that he has formed a friendly and appropriately professional relationship with me, his patient (not his friend). He's very respectful, courteous, and attentive. He's even performed a prostate exam on me and I don't have a single complaint.

Chance Ruff has worked well for me until I referred my husband. They have no grace if you are late to an appointment. It seems like they are in it to make money and don't care about the whole person....just the fact that they get there on time so he can spend 5 minutes with you. He sticks to business and makes no effort to form a relationship. Always in a hurry and in some cases forgets to address all issues of concern.
