Doctor Baily has always provided his patients with the utmost care and concern. He is very thorough in his exams and treatments.

He strikes me as arrogant, not friendly at all. He makes you feel like you’re a waste of his time. My sister saw him recently as well and he was a complete jerk to her. Would never recommend him to anyone!

Haven’t received results from c ray and ultrasound yet, over a week

I came to the clinic and they sent someone out to check my temperature and check my oxygen and then decided to send me over to a COVID-19 testing center where they stated even if it’s negative it could be a false negative so I should take and quarantine myself for at least another 14 days to protect myself and family. They called me back on Sunday to check on me and how I was feeling. I love doctor Bailey so much he definitely cares, he’s willing to take the time to listen to me and my concerns. He makes sure that I’m taken care of and that all the issues I’m dealing with are being dealt with even with the COVID-19 Is happening. He’s a big blessing to me and my body because he’s been the first doctor since I’ve become disabled that is aggressive with treatment and his listening skill are what I like the most. He listens with not only his ears but more importantly with his heart and that’s the kind of doctor I need. The staff that works with him are fabulous & care like him!

The care was beyond professional.

Had mole removed. Chase knows I don't want to talk about what he's doing. We chatted about our kids, etc which was a welcome reprieve from.."there's going to be a poke now" so I have plenty of time to tense up.

I trust Dr Bailey's judgment w/ my health probs. I am 85 & he makes me feel he is intetested in helping w/ my concerns. Very likeable Dr. Thanks, Arta Mae Faulkner.

I am a new patient of Dr. Bailey and he has been phenomenal in working to find a solution to the complex symptoms I have been experiencing. He has spent as much time as needed to answer all my questions and follows up better than any physician I have ever seen. Also, the staff at Ogden Clinic have been more prompt, professional, and caring than any healthcare provider I have ever visited before.

He spent less than 5 minutes in the room barley looked at me gave me an antibiotic and didn’t even touch base on what I was concerned about.

I went into Grandview for a sinus infection on Feb. 22 2019 . Dr Bailey Spent about 5 minutes in the exam room with me. ?? He gave me a prescription for an antibiotic, that after filling it. I realized I had adverse side effects from it and called for something different. 24 hours later a new RX was called in. After taking the whole prescription. I am still sick. I have called and left 4 messages. So 3 days later still waiting!!!!! Guess I’ll go somewhere else .

Very efficient in his questions to help to solve my long term medical problem. Looking at them with fresh eyes has really given me true confidence in him.

Perfectly pompous jerk. Was happy to treat me like a head case when I found out I had an autoimmune disorder later. Would NEVER advise my worst enemy to see him.

Always takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers every question, and makes you feel like you are his only patient for the whole day. He is very intelligent and has great bedside manner. He is worth the wait because he is so great.

This office is the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever been to. It took 3 business days for them to call me on a prescription I needed. They left the pharmacy hanging and me hanging for three days. Save yourself the trouble and get somebody else.
