Spoke with front desk staff and not very professional - very unorganized. Spoke with Rosa in the back and she had me on hold one for 8min and then came back said hello and had me on hold another 5min. Felt like was bothering her and had no time for me. Not very professional at all.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Coronado. She is very professional and listens to all of your concerns. She is a good physician and very patient. They do various testing in house so you don’t have to go out side to have some tests done. The front staff are very efficient and very friendly. I would recommend this medical facility to anyone.

I started seeing Charmaine as my primary care provider after experiencing difficulties with my specialized care providers in the Las Vegas area. I would recommend her to anyone. My first appointment was on a Saturday. She is polite, attentive and actually listens to your concerns. The office staff has been great, short wait times, never have to be put on hold when I call in. Now I can see her for all my needs and I don't have to hassle with the runaround I was getting from the other offices I was going to.

Charmaine was friendly, courteous, attentive, and informative. She was patient in listening to what my questions and concerns were and focused on providing excellent care. I would recommend her as a primary provider to anyone anytime.
