Gave me a new lease on life!
As I've aged it seems too many things fall apart. Char was first recommended to me when I complained about urinary problems that had gone way beyond 'sneeze-and-leak'. Trying kegel exercises did nothing. Char showed me a better way and gave me an exercise plan - and it worked! Yippee! I happened to mention another issue with my ankle that was crippling me - and she had a way that made my walking much better. None of the regular insurance based PTs had helped as much in their 6 session protocols as Char did in one session!
