Charlotte Perry, ARNP

I was from the beginning and still am happy with my choice of Charlotte Perry, APRN.She listens to what I say, respects the choices I make about my health care. She takes the time to answer all my questions. I have never felt rushed by her. I have in the past had physicians that I did not like on a personal level and finally decided I was not doing that ever again. I hope Charlotte is in practice for a long time to come. Her nurse, Joy is great too.

She gave me the answers I needed for my health concerns.

She is great!! I had a lot of questions and she took the time to answer them and then made the appointments for me. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a bit more time for answers.

I found Charlotte delightful!! It was primarily a meet and greet but she did schedule an x-ray ASAP. She addressed all my concerns. I'm HMO so it's a different and new experience for me as well. She offered answers and gave me referral information as I'm also a chronic pain patient with a variety of other health concerns that got neglected due to COVID. She was very kind and patient. She's proficient and listens. She has a beautiful smile on top of it. I was impressed with her, the staff, and the response back from her office on the x-ray results, and a referral to an orthopedic. Speedy process I felt and very pleasant first time experience.

She listens and provides efficient care and has a compassionate attitude toward me as a patient and listens to what is important to me during my visit. I don’t feel slighted or that my concerns are not important to her.

Very pleasant person to talk to

Charlotte has always listened to what I have to say when I see her. She keeps on top of my health issues and refers me to specialists if I need to be. She's easy to talk with.

She did not listen to my needs. My visit that I had they messed up on why I was there. Almost everything I had ask a question about C. Perry said I would need to talk to P. Klassen.

She is always helpful and gives hoot direction

I'm leaving this review here because KU Health somehow managed to censor negative reviews on Perry's Google page. 1 star reviews are auto-blocked. Visit 1 - Perry's office charged for appointment on May 12th that never existed. Had to spend 15 minutes on the phone with their third party billing service based in California. Perry's office wouldn't handle the issue with third party billing. Mistakes happen, but it should be incumbent on the company who made the mistake to clean it up. Not my job. Visit 2 - Perry had a last minute cancellation. Her office called and asked if I wanted to fill an appt slot same day. I switched my schedule around to arrive a bit early to complete paperwork. My 30 minute time slot was shoehorned into 10 minutes. I requested to have bloodwork done (in order to access thyroid prescription refills) and was told I'd have to make another appointment for a physical next month. I politely asked if the physical could be performed today instead and was declined.

She listens to my concerns, has always been pleasant when I came for an appointment, and confers with partner physicians if she has a question concerning my care. She has actively addressed chronic conditions by referring me for testing, physical therapy, or to see a specialist.

Charlotte is thorough and personable. She listens to me.

She gave incredibly poor advice for a serious medical condition, threw me to the side to act like it was okay for me to just kick my feet up and wait, and overall failed me as a primary care provider.
