I have never been treated more rudely by an office staff than at this office. I had problems from my first visit there with the desk staff. Charlotte told me that she didn't manage my chronic condition because it "needed monitoring and follow-up". If a family practice NP doesn't manage chronic problems, who does? (diabetes, hypertension and hypercholesteremia are also chronic conditions that I am sure she can manage). It was a disappointment entering a new health system to have someone so rigid.

Charlotte Was very Knowledgeable And A good listener. I Was diagnosed with shingles and saw 3 other Medical Staff including Westley Long ER and they Said the same thing only Charlotte Nche was the ONLY one to insist on getting eye exam and see A Neurologist Because the Shingles Was over my Right eye and pain was severe on head and Neck Area.The throughness she displayed and the instant Action Taken has me feeling Better and mind you I Saw other Health Care .
