He is reassuring took the time to explain my conditions in simple terms. Never felt so comfortable with a healthcare provider. He also has a wonderful sense of humor.

My husband and myself had visits for new patient information.Chuck was attentive and informative. We took extra time with personal health concerns and he took the time to explain each one of our concerns in depth. Chuck set us up with our upcoming testing and referred us both to specialist to treat our situations . He was very patient with us as we were firing questions at him because we were getting all concerns off our lists and had not felt that at a previous provider. We left with hope. Thank you to the staff as well, all very professional, friendly and helpful . Happy to have found our new medical facility

If you are looking a health care professional… stay away from Charles Wolfe. He shows no empathy and zero respect to his patients. I was trying to explain what I was feeling and he belittled me and stated “I’m talking now”. He has no business working with patients. St. Luke’s - your reputation will be tarnished by having this man in your network.

Began belittling and scolding me from the moment I jumped onto the telehealth call. I could hardly get a word in to tell him what was happening. By far, the most shocking experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional in my entire life. Zero empathy, very little respect for patients. Avoid.

Just had one of the worst interactions with a health care professional of my entire life. Dr. Wolfe was hostile, easily frustrated, and inattentive throughout the appointment. I told him about the issues I had with using the Circle Medical app, which he repeatedly brushed off. He ended up giving his diagnosis based on a faulty survey (I could not see half the answers but I had to complete the survey to get the appointment) and *not* what we discussed in the appointment. Which means he was not being a doctor so much as a survey reader. At the slightest pushback on my end, he became hostile and impatient, accusing me of being "argumentative" and saying he had other patients to attend to. And then, mid-conversation, he hung up on me! Until these issues are resolved with him, I would highly discourage people from seeing him.

He takes that extra time to explain what he is thinking and why and then explains his care plan.
