My DOCTOR requested a covering provider to refill a prescription I've had for over a decade (same dosage) since my DOCTOR was out-of-town for several weeks. Charles did not feel comfortable with a DOCTOR's recommendation for her own patient and insisted on checking with his own team of advisors whom had never met with me. Charles assured he would follow-up after consulting with his trustworthy buddies. After failing to follow-up, I paid a 2nd copay only for Charles to confirm that he didn't feel comfortable following my DOCTOR's recommendation and request. I pushed for an explanation and Charles had no basis for his refusal to follow a more educated and more experienced PHYSICIAN's referral. Simply put - Charles believes he's smarter than any the DOCTORS I've had living in various states across America.
