“I FEEL JADED & RIPPED OFF & SWINDLED!The optician takes advantage of youtries to get you to wait out your exchange period on your $2,000.00 neuro lenses, SO YOU HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER pair of lensesbecause “you only have so many days to change the lenses” when I told him (the optician John) & the main doctor (shidlofsky) FROM THE BEGINNING that I needed BIFOCALS in my NEUROLENS!!but NOthey kept telling me to “give them a try for a bit longer”.STRAIGHT UP THEFT & of people with NEURO EYE ISSUES WHO ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH BS GOING ON!So VERY UNETHICAL & dishonest!!I’ve already spent over $5,000.00+here TRYING TO GET THE PERFECT PAIR OF GLASSES THAT ACTUALLY HELP ME WITH MY NEURO EYE ISSUES of seeing transient triple double slanted moving on a DAILY BASIS!which is HARD ENOUGH! receptionistisRUDE&MEAN!

Dr S. is great. But his office staff is incompetent. The lady that did the benefits verification kept telling me my copay doesn't take effect until my deductible is met. I told her that was wrong but she refused to listen and just hanged up. I called my insurance United Healthcare and they said that is incorrect and the office visit copay is always correct no matter the deductible as copay is not dependent on your deductible. What the lady was talking about and she had her terms confused was co-insurance which is what takes effect when you meet your deductible. Not only was his lady incompetent but unwilling to listen when she was incorrect. Staff needs to get trained. His is their specialty but they can't even get their insurance terms down. Staff is super unprofessional.

Dr Berry was attentive and amazing. She spent the time necessary evaluating and explaining the condition my son was facing and was very reassuring in her treatment approach.
