I went to dracut walk-in for pain in my lung an I seen him the first thing he asked me is if I use cocaine iv never tested positive for anything an thought that was weird I was in my scrubs as I just left work to go there an be seen then he tells me he’s not here to fix all my problems sends me to emergency room an puts in my notes on portal denied cocaine use like why would he just assume someone does cocaine it’s not ok do better

Rude and unprofessional

Charles Loucraft has horrible bedside manner and speaks in condescending tones and words to patients. He become unnerved when I asked on behalf of my family member if an MRI should be done because the muscle pain was so severe (even after medication). He lifted his hand toward my face and said, "Buddy, I'm talking to him." So a family isn't allowed to ask a question. Upon leaving he says, "Why would an MRI be done? I just explained to the patient. He can tell you why." Tonal translation, move out of the way. The patient on valium and other painkilling medication, who was crying, unable to sit or walk is going to articulate why he's not getting an MRI... He then took offense when I requested a nurse to speak to a supervisor to lodge a verbal complaint. He came back to the room to antagonize more and attempt to placate the situation, which soon backfired when he was unable to control his emotions. He did everything from “correcting my English.”
