Charles is kind, intelligent and thorough
Charles has taken care of me on 2 occasions where I needed a little hand holding and information and he did just that. He is an awesome PA and an asset to Dr. Kronlage and his team, let alone us patients! I appreciate it when I receive great care, especially as a health care provider in today’s world. Charles took time with me and explained clearly everything I needed to know. He is never rushed and really listens and those qualities are missing in most of my visits with other practices. Charles Barnes was an excellent care provider both times I visited The Hand Center at Andrews Institute. He was knowledgable, compassionate and thorough in his exam. He has a calm and caring bedside manner and successfully explained in detail the problem I was experiencing.
