Caring, knowledgeable and patient
Charlene took a lot of extra time with me even though she was busy. They have rocking chairs to sit in which are so comfortable and everyone seemed very patient. She seemed to know what she was talking about and everyone in there loved her.

Went to the clinic today and it was a very knowledgable visit. The only problem was that she couldn't take my insurance because Cigna's was accepting new providers.
