Charlene Mark is an extremely kind, caring, understanding medical professional. She explains everything so I can understand and answers all my questions without making me feel I'm wasting her time or asking stupid questions. I always walk away from my visit feeling like she actually cared about my problems. She's wonderful

Charlene Mark is wonderful. I work for another hospital system and HF seems to have the BEST specialists. I was anxious about my appointment and Charlene made me feel at ease and answered all my questions and made me feel like my concerns were real.
