I have been seeing Charlene for 12 years. She and I have worked on my goal to become a person who finally found her voice and speaks up. Tools too help de-stress and calm my anxiety. She and I can talk about anything I have on my mind with no judgements. Charlene is very insightful and you just know she will do the best she can do for you. Yes, you have to do the work however Charlene walks you through each process. She is a wonderful caring person who really loves her job and it reflects on her clients. I been through therapy for a long time and by far Charlene has been my biggest advocate and a huge help with many issues. To me she's the best.

I have tried different therapists over the years with mixed results. I found Charlene and my search is over. She really listens and truly cares about her patients and their well being . Relaxed approach, easy to talk to, a professional of high integrity. I highly recommend her.

Charlene is an amazing therapist. I’ve been seeing her for several years now and she has helped me tremendously. She is compassionate, understanding, and very easy to talk to. She has helped me stabilize my life more than I could ever have expected.
