Awful. Like I mentioned from that 'chastising session' listed above, avoid this doctor. She seemed to have gotten too emotionally involved with clients problems. This led to poor advices. This shows that this doctor takes sides. Do not be fooled by this doctors profile. Big difference between a 'resume' and 'result'. I still have a bitter taste in my mouth from this doctor. Today, Dr Bell is listed at Pali Momi. Turn around if you see this office or individual. There's other doctors that can better service patients. Charlene Y Bell psyd is not the one.
