Chandni, I found from my initial visit, is very calming, patient, shows that she is there to help me and trustworthy. It normally takes me a very long time to trust someone. I felt that I could trust her right away.Through our 8 visits, she was very consistent. One of the things that was very important to me was that she always started on time.Chandni listens closely and doesn't listen to form an answer. She actually received, with no judgment, what I had to say. She didn't tell me what to do but offered several suggestions, references, especially when something wasn't achievable in-between sessions.Chandni is extremely knowledgeable in her field. If she says that she is going to send you resources, she is definitely true to her word. Although the amount of sessions were short, I gained so much. After 27 years of going through the motions and just surviving, I was able to tell her that I was ready to do the very difficult work, that I have stuffed down. I highly recommend Chandni.

Chandni is an excellent and empathetic listener, but also has also given me a great calm and awareness about the internal issues I'm trying to resolve.
