I was advised by an employee to post this review here rather than on Facebook. This is about my second visit to this facility. I went in for a 20 minute acupuncture session at 9:30am, I had work at 11am. She informed me she would set a timer for 10 minutes to check on me, and another 10 minutes to conclude the session. Well, she must have forgotten to set the timer as I wound up being there for over an hour without being checked on. There was no clock to check on and I was unable to check my phone for the time as I had needles in my body, arms, and feet. I ended up leaving right around 11am making me late to work by 10 minutes. She never acknowledged her mistake of not checking on me and basically forgetting about me. Had I received an apology or at least some level of accountability I would not have been upset. Myself, and an employee thought I should share this experience. While I was lucky my employer was forgiving, some people cannot take the risk of being late to their job.

I am now 26 years old and have been seeing Dr. Clark-Witter since I was 13. She has been in my life for over half and has saved my life from painful headaches. Very thankful for her practice.
