No empathy
She was very callous in her delivery of care. Her tone was very condescending and infantilizing. I came for a prescription refill and was scolded for not seeing a pcp/endocrinologist which was not the best course of action due to my current circumstance regarding my insurance/living situation. Instead of trying to learn more about my situation I felt judged and reprimanded which made me defensive for the remainder of the visit. Will definitely not be seeing again. The prescription also ended up being deemed illegible by the pharmacy causing further delay/inconvenience in getting my medication. Empathy and cultural competency are undervalued skills that should be developed just as much as technical skills/knowledge.

I would definitely not recommend her to anyone that has any health issues at all! I was there for a physical. I have some underlying medical conditions. I was very thorough in my answers on the chart. She asked me the same questions three times. She didn't read my chart. Listened to my heart, lungs and looked in my ears. That consisted of the entire physical. I felt that she had no idea what she was doing. I will be looking for another NP or doctor. I ended up in the hospital two days later with heart problems. Absolutely clueless! If I could give her less than one star I would.
