I saw Chad on a regular basis for about a year and a half, he was 15-20 minutes late repeatedly. He would fall asleep while in session with me, which I found to be extremely rude. He made me feel like my time wasn’t important enough for him to be on time or stay awake. I have also witnessed how he treats his staff, he speaks down to them openly in front of other clients. My experience with him came off as VERY unprofessional. I strongly recommend finding a different counselor other than Chad!
