Fairly nice on the phone...In person this is a small man with no care for others just his job. He asked me to come in for a 2 hour intake(which is the norm) yet there was a problem with my I.D.......After asking me to come in while withdrawing from methadone and sit for 2 hours he gave me no chance to explain....He does not know what professional or courteous means....He treated me like a leper. Forgive him though, I really don't think the twit can help it
