A good pcp makes all the difference in the world. Since 90% of diagnoses can be determined from the subjective history, the difference between a good doctor and a terrible doctor is whether or not they listen. Celina listens. She also cares (yet another dead giveaway for good doctors). In addition, she also explains things appropriate to my education level, so recommendations are very personalized.Selfishly, I don't want everyone flocking to see her, since I don't want to decrease appointment availability, but if you don't have a pcp, you really need to get established.

Celina Ayala is the best primary care provider I have ever seen. She listens well, asks thougtful questions, and I genuinely feel like she sees me as a person versus just another patient. She was willing to push for a drug therapy for me and even helped me find a different way to get better coverage on it so it wouldn't cost me so much. Everything about my appointments is thorough, responsive, clinically appropriate care.

I was sad when my the person I’d been with for 20 years moved away but then I met Celina. What a relief to get a new person that I immediately connected with! She is so friendly and attentive. She is thorough, asked questions, and genuinely cares. I feel like I’m in very good hands with her!

It went exactly as the previous reviewer has stated. Celina Ayala P.A. Has her own agenda with you. She doesn’t really want to listen to the patient and is not interested in a patient centered approach. The only reason I saw her was because my regular provider was not available. That will not happen again.

Celina Ayala P.A. has her own agenda with you. She doesn't really want to listen to the patient and believes she knows exactly what is going on with you. Terrible bedside manners. She put me on high blood pressure medication which gave me a cough soooo bad that I ended up losing bladder control and wearing diapers because it got so bad. After 6 months I finally gave up on her helping me and went to another doctor/office who switched my medication. I am no longer coughing. :-/
