Dr. Celia Naccarato, PHD

Dr. Nacaratto is a good psychiatrist, unfortunately Jamie, the front desk staff, is absolutely the worst!! She is inept at her job and has no communication skills! Even though she works in a office with a locked front door, she still can’t do her job and in turn costs you time and money!! I hope Dr. Nacaratto is aware how horrible Jamie is at her job!! Seriously looking for another doctor so I don’t have to deal with Jamie!

I appreciate Dr. Naccarato and her way of analyzing the brain. I totally understand how those comments stating that she isn't compassionate came to pass. However, tough love is what most people need. I am stubborn and have had words with her but leave appreciative of her TRUE feedback. The truth hurts and most people are not willing to hear it. She is great at her job and knows the brain very well!

I have 2 family members seeing Dr. Naccarato. They both feel bullied by her but are afraid that if they speak up for themselves, she’ll fire them (her words) and they’ll be left without meds at the worst possible time. She refuses to include a family member in sessions, despite both the patients’ age/cognitive issues. She also won’t consider referring for appropriate services, simply continues to prescribe simply to reduce symptoms. It pains me to hear people I love being victimized because there aren’t enough psychiatrists in their area.

Really listens and very thorough about analyzing all aspects of your mental and physical health.

Every comment on Dr. Naccarato pretty much defines methods and lack of compassion.

Unfortunately this woman is unhappy doing the work she is doing and lacks compassion for people. I had met with her to discuss continuing my perscription and found her protocol to be rigid, rather pejorative and very black and white. If you do not answer her in a yes or no format she is not able to relate to you and uses an outdated unfriendly style of assessing your well being. I have found nothing stating she is good at psycology though she is practicing as a psycologist.
