I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy and went to multiple physical therapists before I found Dr. Mak. Celia was great. During the initial visit, she listened patiently about the diagnosis, took notes and asked all the right questions. She clearly knew about the disease and the latest research and best practices on treating Bell's. She was re-assuring, friendly, and flexible with the schedule. She gave me her full attention during each of my sessions with her. I would definitely recommend her!
